From the moment they join, they hold a private, secure space to begin building their professional record.

With registration complete, the user's Passport is created — empty, but ready. Think of it as a living document that will grow alongside them.

Unlike a CV, which is written once and forgotten, the Passport is designed to be added to over a lifetime. Every achievement, skill, and assessment finds its place here.

The first entries are usually qualifications. A certificate from a TVET institution, a diploma, a short course — each is recorded with its date, issuing body, and supporting evidence.

Where possible, the qualification is verified at source by the school or awarding body. The Passport begins to carry weight.

Qualifications show what was studied. Skills show what can be done. As the user practises their trade — wiring, sewing, coding, building — they record the skills they are developing.

Some are self-assessed. Others are endorsed by teachers, peers, or employers who have seen the work firsthand.

Along the way, the user reaches milestones: a project finished, a competition entered, a module mastered, a first paid job. Each milestone is logged with a date, a description, and evidence — a photograph, a document, a link.
