This Refund Policy explains when fees paid to RANT Passport may be refunded. It applies to both student and employer purchases and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Students pay for individual add-ons (extra CV downloads, Portfolio Unlimited). Employers subscribe to SME or Corporate plans — however, all employer features are completely free until 1 February 2027, so no employer refunds are applicable during the free period.

CV Download is a digital service delivered and usable immediately. It is generally non-refundable once consumed.

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the feature was never used or if a platform error prevented it from working.

You may cancel your Portfolio Unlimited subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals — you will not be charged again.

You retain access to unlimited uploads until the end of your current paid year. The current year is non-refundable, except where a platform error prevented use, in which case a pro-rata refund for the unused full months applies.

All employer features — posting jobs, messaging talent, interviews, offers, and assessments — are completely free until 1 February 2027. No employer payments are taken during this period, so no refunds are applicable.

From 1 February 2027, employer subscriptions (SME at GHS 50/month, Corporate at GHS 250/month) are billed monthly via Paystack. You may cancel at any time — cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the current paid month.

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable mid-month, except where a platform error prevented use, in which case a pro-rata refund for the unused full days applies.

A refund may be issued where:

• The service was not delivered due to a platform error;
• You were charged in error or charged twice for the same service; or
• Ghanaian consumer protection law entitles you to one.

Refunds will not be issued where:

• The feature was used or accessed;
• The request is made after the relevant time window;
• The account was suspended for a breach of our Terms; or
• A chargeback is raised with your bank without first contacting us.

We aim to respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paystack within 10 working days.

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Unjustified chargebacks may incur a GHS 50 dispute fee and result in account suspension.

Every student receives a free tier: 2 CV downloads, 5 portfolio uploads per month, and 10 job applications per month. No payment is required for these. Refunds apply only to paid purchases that go beyond these limits.

Every employer receives all platform features free until 1 February 2027. No employer payment is required during this period. Employer refunds apply only to paid subscriptions taken after the free period ends.
