for education, skills development, apprenticeships and employment opportunities.

Users must:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain account security
• Keep credentials confidential
• Notify RANT Passport of unauthorised access

Users must not:

• Submit false information
• Upload unlawful content
• Misrepresent qualifications
• Attempt unauthorised access
• Disrupt platform operations

Employers must:

• Provide genuine opportunities
• Use information lawfully
• Respect student privacy
• Comply with employment laws

Schools must:

• Upload accurate information
• Have authority to share information
• Correct errors promptly

All platform branding, content and software remain property of RANT Passport unless otherwise stated.

Users retain ownership of content they upload.

Users grant RANT Passport permission to process content for platform functionality.

RANT Passport aims for continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RANT Passport is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from platform use.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated where:

• Terms are breached
• Fraud is suspected
• Misuse occurs
